Unfortunately not facing the sea itself but inside, towards the shared garden, so quieter that if it was facing the main road outside. Free public parking can be found easily right outside the building. The beautiful Water of Leith Walkway is literally a minute away, but if you like a cold dip in the sea, Wardie Bay is just 5 min away too. The big Asda Superstore 24h is 17min walk or a 5 min drive, and the last tram stop is 16min away or 6 min drive. You can get directly to Princes with bus number 16 at the door in 20min. £900 a month plus 1 month rent deposit. Bills not included.
