1 room apartment of 41m² in Portslade by Sea

My partner and I are away travelling from the 29th July until 31st of August, and are looking to rent our flat. It's a large two-bedroom apartment situated on Brunswick Terrace, directly opposite Hove Lawns and the beach. The whole apartment will be available, except the 2nd bedroom (where we'll store our stuff). It's fully furnished, and all bills are included. Something to note is that we're in the middle of a refurb, so the ensuite is a little jaded, but still functional. Ideally looking for respectful and happy people who are looking for a month's accommodation in the best part of Brighton & Hove (I'm from here, so I feel I can say that without too much bias). It's also genuinely the best time of year to be here; the views are fantastic, and everything is on your doorstep.
