We are looking for a professional person or couple to rent our place for the month of Feb 2026. Available dates: 6th Feb - 6th Mar. We are renting it as a one bed, fully furnished house. All bills are included in the listed rental price. You will have the property all to yourselves. The bedroom has a double bed and desk. The property has 1.5 bathrooms (including both bath and shower), a west-facing garden and is equipped with all the standard amenities (smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer etc). The property is on a very quiet street with no through-traffic and street parking just outside. There is a park within 2mins walk and plenty of great pubs, restaurants and cafes within 5-10mins walk.
