I will provide tea/coffee and tea cup in the room but you can use the kitchen to make your own.A single bedroom room with some storage for clothing. Good light, window and heating. Washing machine/dryer is available to use. I provide fresh towels (one small, one big) for you to use. The bed has clean linen and a brand new duvet. It is very comfortable. Close by to local amenities; shops, café, restaurant. Close to local travel links, great bus/train connections. Excellent central location for town centre. Safe and secure location.
