Hi there! I am looking for a room mate to share my space with in Hamilton, ON. I am located in downtown Hamilton on a residential street. A little about me: - female - 31 years old - has one tabby cat - McMaster alumni - has a regular 9-5 job (hybrid) - enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors- doesnt party or have people overIn search for a room mate who is similar to me and is respectful. Ideally, someone that I can get along with in a shared environment! Early professionals or grad students would be ideal, but I am flexible. I do have one tabby cat who mostly sleeps all day and the home is kept incredibly clean. Unfortunately, I am not looking to bring an additional pet into this home (no pets). The home also has a backyard with an additional secure shed for storage and soon to be a massive garden in Spring (feel free to plant some vegetables or herbs!). Super close to the Hamilton General Hospital , and most importantly - to Mai Pai (best deep dish pizza in Hamilton). It is a 3 bedroom home bungalow that I have recently renovated. Bedroom 1 - occupied by me. Bedroom 2 - used as an office by me (its very small) Bedroom 3 - available for a room mate! Rent is $1,000 per month + utilities OR $1200 all included. Hopefully we can chat or grab coffee and see if we would be suitable roommates!
