A home that does not follow the standard, but inspires with its own style, warmth, and character – featuring a cozy sofa that can be converted into a full-size bed – ideal for 2 people. For cozy evenings in front of the TV, a 65” smart TV and high-speed internet are available. In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable king-size bed with fresh linens and blackout curtains for a restful sleep. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for cooking evenings: stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee, kettle, and all cooking utensils. Plus salt, pepper, oil, and spices. You can enjoy your delicious home-cooked or ordered meal from the kitchen on the stylish balcony with a view of greenery. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the living room offers a lovingly furnished dining area with a beautiful pendant lamp – perfect for dinner evenings or as a workspace. The balcony or dining area in the living room are ideal places for your morning coffee or a glass of wine. Freshen up for a short trip or party? No problem – the spacious and modern bathroom offers an LED mirror, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and a hairdryer so every hairdresser and make-up session sits perfectly. With me, you should feel at home – or even better :-D ⸻ Guest Access The entrance to the apartment is located on an elevation – as if you were walking up the stairs to the “Moni Oscar Kiosk.” At the end of the hallway, there is a glass door. At the top left, above the doorbells, is the key box. You’ll receive the code shortly before check-in. Please enter it discreetly, remove the key, lock it again, and reset the code. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, on the right side: white door with motion light and carpet in front (see photos).
