English: The apartment is on the ground floor in a good, quiet residential area in the center of Dortmund. Landlords live here, as do students and intellectuals. There are many interesting cafes, restaurants, a park nearby, but also the pedestrian zone and the nationally known Thier Galerie. A large number of shopping opportunities are within walking distance. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for life. If something is missing, we will get it as quickly as possible. If the rental period is less than 6 months, sales tax of 7% must be added.
