There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls. The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric kettle, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, oven, microwave and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is no clothes washing machine, but a laundromat is nearby. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The bedroom faces a quiet street and comes with two European single beds, joined together as a standard double bed, but available as two singles on request. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months.
