Modern shower room with WC and sink. Small hallway with more storage. The annex is fresh, clean, and newly refurbished. The outside space is usable, but we are still working on improvements. Location: Parking available, close to bus routes for central Brighton. Easy access to the University of Sussex. Important: Access to the annex is via steep and uneven steps and the ceiling heights are low, so it may not be suitable for everyone. Who it suits: We are looking for a single, professional person who works away from home and enjoys a peaceful environment. Not suitable for home-working.
