The flat is in a great locations, very well connected to city centre and just a 2-minute walk to cafés, shops, restaurants, parks, and the Port of Leith. Recently refurbished, bright and blends classic Edinburgh character with modern comforts. The living space is stylish and uncluttered, the kitchen practical, the bedroom cosy with storage and a dedicated workspace, and the bathroom has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. Rent: £1,255/month (bills excluded, ~£ for utilities, council tax & Wi-Fi) Deposit: 6 weeks I care about my home and am looking for someone who will take good care of it while I’m away.
