We offer you a 2-room apartment in an old building from 1910, completely renovated and furnished in December 2025. The apartment has a bedroom with two designer single beds (Rolf Heide beds) and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm wide). The living room has a smart TV. The apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen: 4 hotplates, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment. Dishwasher, sink, Nespresso coffee machine and crockery as well as all necessary kitchen utensils. The cozy kitchen-diner can seat up to 4 people. The spacious kitchen table can be used for working and eating. The modern bathroom has a small wintergarden and is equipped with a spacious vanity unit with illuminated mirror. Bed linen is provided, but please bring your own towels. A washing machine is available in the bathroom (shared with other guests). We speak German and English. The apartment is located in a quiet and exclusive residential area in the east of Stuttgart (Gänsheide / Uhlandshöhe). The established residential area is characterized by well-kept houses, lots of greenery, and a pleasant neighborhood, offering a high quality of life for families, couples, and professionals. Parking is easy in the cul-de-sac. Particularly noteworthy is the proximity to the Freie Waldorfschule Uhlandshöhe, one of Stuttgart's most renowned educational institutions, which is easily accessible.
