1 room apartment of 52m² in Dusseldorf

Since I'm going abroad for a while, I'm offering my apartment in Düsseldorf Unterbilk for subletting for around 6 months. An option to extend is possible, and perhaps an earlier move-in. The minimum rental period is 4 months. The approx. 50m2 apartment is located on Gladbacher Straße, 200m from the Bilker Church and is therefore ideally connected to the public transport network. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need to live. A washer-dryer is integrated into the kitchen, but there is also a laundry room. The apartment is a typical old building with high ceilings and a balcony. The monthly costs include everything, internet, electricity, water and heating. TV in the living room and bedroom. In the bedroom there is a height-adjustable desk with a 34" monitor. The box spring bed is getting a new topper. I also have a long-term parking space for an additional €120 a month, but that would be optional. If you have any questions, please let me know!
