Self check-in is available via a lockbox located directly next to the apartment. The building has an elevator. Barrier-free access is possible; however, in this case guests must sleep on the sofa, as the bed is accessible only by ladder. Communication with guests is primarily via messaging. The apartment offers high-speed internet and a flat-screen TV. Daily guest support is available.
