Shared bathroom facilities on the floor (shower/WC, typically shared with 4–6 people). Access to common areas like a lounge, backyard terrace, co-working space and laundry. Quiet hours and community rules for a respectful, balanced living environment. Rent: Includes all utilities (electricity, heating, water, sewage, waste disposal, Wi-Fi, laundry), basic furniture, and weekly cleaning of common spaces.
