3 rooms apartment of 50m² in Bremen

The multi-party building has a total of four apartments. A spacious garden is made available to all tenants. (community garden) Parking spaces for cars, bicycles, etc. are sufficiently available. Our goal is to create a nice home for young people and students. To achieve this we put our heart and soul into our work. At the same time we demand from our tenants a tidy, reliable and calm cooperation. Location The residential area is a quiet, tidy and good middle-class environment. The house is located in a quiet residential street without through traffic. Bremen Burg-Grambke is located in the north of Bremen and has been "coming" in the last years as a quieter residential area. Especially for students and working people the nearby train station offers a good and fast connection directly to the main train station of Bremen (travel time only about 10 minutes!) and from there again to the city center and the university. In principle, all public transportation such as bus, train and highway are within walking distance. Supermarkets and DIY stores, such as ALDI, LIDL, NETTO, REWE, REAL, OBI, TOOM, etc. are in the immediate vicinity.
