English: We offer a furnished, 44 sqm two-room apartment for rent near the Gete district, on the border between Schwachhausen and Hastedt. The apartment also has a balcony and a separate basement room. The equipment includes basic furnishings and all necessary daily utensils such as TV, cutlery, vacuum cleaner and washing machine. The apartment is not decorated down to the last detail but can be filled with life by the future tenant, as we are not looking for short stays but would like to enter into a longer-term and trustful tenancy. The transport connections are optimal due to the direct proximity (2 min. walk) to bus lines 22 (. in the direction of the university) and 25 (main station and city center). You can reach the river Weser or the vibrant “Viertel” in Bremen in about 15 minutes on foot. There are also plenty of free parking spaces in the quiet street where the apartment is located. Die Ausstattung beinhaltet eine Basis-Möblierung sowie alle nötigen täglichen Utensilien wie TV, Besteck, Staubsauger und Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist nicht bis ins Detail dekorativ eingerichtet sondern darf gern von dem zukünftigen Mieter mit Leben gefüllt werden, denn wir sind nicht auf kurze Aufenthalte ausgelegt sondern würden gern ein längerfristiges und vertrauensvolles Mietverhältnis eingehen. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist durch die direkte Nähe (2 Min. Fußweg) zur Haltestelle der Buslinien 22 (z.B. in Richtung Universität) und 25 (HBF und Zentrum) optimal. Fußläufig ist man in ca. 15 Minuten an der Weser oder im belebten "Viertel" in Bremen. In der ruhigen Straße der Wohnung gibt es zudem ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze.
