4 rooms apartment of 55m² in Munich

I am renting out my lovingly furnished designer apartment near the Isar river, forest, and S-Bahn in the south of Munich. The city is quickly accessible, and supermarkets etc. are within walking distance. I am a designer myself and completely renovated the apartment last year with very high-quality materials and furniture, and I am now renting it out for the summer. The heart of the apartment is the stylish living area with a stainless steel kitchen and elegant marble. With a small dining area and cozy sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped, as I love to cook. From there, you enter the small bedroom, which is super cozily furnished and has everything you need (and you sleep super well there 😃). The third large room is a children's room, with a large workspace and a view of the greenery; if needed, I can gladly put away the toys and it makes a super nice office. Additionally, the apartment has a beautiful terrace, which we use like our own room in the summer, amidst the trees with a cozy sofa and dining table. Particularly beautiful is the Terrazzo marble bathroom, which I only completely renovated this spring.
