It's the top floor of an old jewellery business, like those nearby on Hatton Garden. The top floors were always designed to catch lots of light since that's where the jewellers' benches were situated. The whole building has a great feeling. There is a linked design studio with a fold out bed on the floor below which can be used by arrangement. The flat is opposite a park. We're inside 10 min walk to Angel or Old Street or Farringdon. Five mins walk to Barbican. 15 mins to Tate Modern. All of our neighbours are great. We are often travelling for work, so we rent it out to friends and the right people through this site.
