1 room of 15m² in London

A double room is available in my lovely riverside flat with terrace. The flat has a very helpful concierge and underground parking (where bikes can also kept) . I work in media and I also have a tour company that takes people to unusual places - Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Armenia etc. There are two bathrooms so you would have exclusive use of the main bathroom as I have an en-suite. I am looking for a lodger for 2-4 nights/week (Mon-Thurs) initially for a three month period and the price is negotiable depending on the number of nights and whether parking is required. The location is very convenient for Canary Wharf but also has excellent transportation links to the City. There is space available to leave things over the weekends. Available from mid August. Rotherhithe Station is an easy walk and is on the Windrush Line (formerly Overground Line) with a quick link to Whitechapel (Elizabeth Line). Canada Water (Jubilee Line) is an eight minute walk and is on the Jubilee Line (one stop to Canary Wharf). There are also frequent, good bus routes. Historic Rotherhithe has great, riverside pubs (including the famous Mayflower pub), an art house cinema (Sands Films) and a wonderful bakery. Nearby Surrey Quays has a giant Tesco, restaurants, jazz club etc.
