This is a wonderfully spacious duplex property with city views, roof terrace, great light & a chilled lovely vibe. There is also available garage storage space & attic space. The flat is over two floors with two bathrooms, large open plan living room, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher & washer dryer. The mezzanine floor has a large desk & comfortable work chair, chesterfield sofa, access to the roof terrace & a mini bar! The broadband is Sky. & there's netflix and prime video available. A TV is provided plus towels & bed linen, but the tenant is responsible for their own laundry. It's on the third floor, no elevator but wide airy stairway. and not many stairs : } One bathroom would be just for the tenant, it has a roll top bathtub & the shower is in the other bathroom which can be used when required. The bathroom is large & the bedroom area has storage and wardrobe space. Great transport links, buses to Elephant&Castle frequent and plenty of them. Walkable to Tower Bridge & London Bridge. Tesco 5 mins, Lidl 3 mins away from the flat. Description of renting experience from current lodger Ivan, 31 : I really enjoyed my stay here. The room has fantastic views - you can see the city and the Shard from one window, and Elephant & Castle from the other. Having an entire floor to myself gave plenty of space and privacy, and being just a 15-minute walk from Tower Bridge was really convenient. The private rooftop backyard was a unique and relaxing bonus. Patrice was also excellent - friendly, responsive, and always helpful. It feels calm, comfortable, and like my own little retreat. Patrice, the landlord and roommate, is lovely — super respectful and gives you all the space and privacy you need.
