The 75 m² 5-room top-floor flat impresses with its charm in the middle of the city centre, in the popular Heusteig district. Around the building there are numerous restaurants, pubs, shops, banks, pharmacies and everything you need for everyday living. The bathroom has a bathtub and is equipped with hand/bath towels and a hairdryer. The WC is separate. The flat has a Smart TV and internet access via WLAN. The two bedrooms each have a dressing room and office next door. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, glasses, cutlery, crockery, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils and a Nespresso coffee machine.
