Chic and bright apartment (50m ²) in the heart of the city! Despite its central location, the apartment is quiet.There is a south balcony (sunny side) by the living area The apartment is modern, well-kept and practical. It offers a bedroom for (bed 1.40m) with a big wardrobe. Another wardrobe is in the hallway. In the kitchen area is a sofa. All additional costs and even electricity, heating, Wifi, TV with USB port are included in the price. All you have to bring is some clothes and your Laptop! The kitchen is fully equipped with a bartable, Ceramic hob, Oven, refrigerator, espresso cooker (due to environmental reasons we do not support pad machines), microwave, dishwasher, disches, pots and pans. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower and washing machine. Towels are, of course, included in the bathroom equipment.
