1 room apartment of 66m² in Salford

I’m currently in a 1 bedroom apartment at EDA in Salford Quays with a lease until late November 2026, but looking to move back home in early April - I am looking for somebody to take over my lease. I’ll upload actual photos of the flat tomorrow, but the apartment layout is exactly the same as the stock photos Pets are accepted in this block of flats without any extra fees.
