1 room apartment of 27m² in Glasgow

Sunny flat, situated near the Kelvin River walkway, available long-term. You would mostly have sole use of the flat: a kitchen/living room, a double bedroom and the bathroom, whilst I am away much of the next 2 years. The flat is fully furnished, but with space for your own furniture if you require, and it could come with or without pots & pans, utensils etc. (happy to store what you don't want), it's in a quiet building, with lovely neighbours, and is ideally placed for walking to the Byres Road and Glasgow University (just 20 minutes along the river). I will be using the second bedroom for storing my things, and I would occasionally stay at the flat (I'm happy to contractually agree that I stay a maximum of 12 days per month, but it would likely be a lot less). This arrangement would be for at least 12 months, and most likely 2 years. You would be joining my lease (with the agreement of the landlord), the rent is £1000 per month. Council tax is £110, and other bills are about £200, bills would be transferred to you. I would contribute £400 per month, so your monthly outgoings would be around £900. I am a 43 year old female, when I'm in Glasgow and using the flat I will be teaching a lot at a pottery studio nearby, so just using the flat for sleeping, I may stay entirely with a friend but need the option of using the flat. The rest of the time I will be in Spain with my partner, who has just started an 18 month job contract in Madrid. Please let me know if you have any questions :-)
