Key Features: • 340 m² of living and working space, fully furnished (Forum/Salon bookable separately) • 3 bedrooms/workspaces with balconies, large master bedroom, 4 to max. 6 sleeping accommodations • 2 bathrooms • Quiet yet conveniently located in a natural setting near lakes, vineyards, and the Spessart hills – only 30 minutes from Frankfurt • WITH access to the Forum-Salon (unless booked separately) • Mandatory professional cleaning every 14 days and final cleaning at end of stay (€500 each, net) • Optional interim cleaning available (€300 net per session) • No hotel-style services included Additional services such as catering can be arranged via selected partner providers.
