1 room apartment of 80m² in Bristol

Me and my partner are going travelling for 3/4 months in Feb 2026. Our landlord has given us permission to sublet our flat while away. The price advertised includes rent and all bills. We'd be removing our belongings such as clothes, books etc but it would remain furnished. The flat is in a semi-detached house, on the ground floor with a flat above and below (who we have a good relationship with), and has a shared garden. There are two bedrooms, one large double and the other we use as an office. You can fit a double bed in there but it's a squeeze! The living area is a lounge/kitchen which includes a fridge, oven, washing machine, dishwasher as well as other cooking appliances. It's an amazing location, walking down the road you're right on Gloucester road and a 20 minute walk away from town. There's also a lovely view out from the dinner table, which is the stand out feature of the property.
