The town of Santa Lucía de Tirajana is located about a 30-minute drive by road along winding roads into the interior of the island from Vecindario. The town has all essential services, and the bus Global no. 34 is the one that provides service to Santa Lucía, whether heading toward the coast or toward San Bartolomé de Tirajana. The older part of the home consists of a large space with thick stone walls, tall wooden double doors, and a high old tiled roof of Canarian tiles with three slopes. Inside, you will find the bedroom and the living room, with an air-conditioning unit. A hallway in the center of the home separates the older part from the newer part, which features concrete block walls.
