Summer rental, from May to October. Flat in Ibiza town, spacious and bright. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room, independent kitchen, laundry room and terrace. It is rented to people with a permanent job with a salary or demonstrable solvency. To enter to live it is necessary to deliver the amount of 3 monthly payments that correspond to: 1 month's rent, 1 month's legal deposit and 1 month's agency fee (+VAT). Water, electricity and wifi are paid separately. In order to make a visit we need you to share with us the following information beforehand: Who is going to live in the flat? Number of adults? Number of children? Pets? How many and what kind of pets? And what work do they have exactly, yearly job with pay slips? Self-employed? We need this information in order for the owner to give us an appointment to see you. Without detailed information about the work the owner does not allow us to show it.
