The current month's rent, calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the contract start date. If the tenant terminates the contract before the agreed term or breaches any of the agreed conditions, one month's security deposit will be forfeited in accordance with the rental agreement. In addition, at least one month's prior notice must be given before vacating the property. Small and medium-sized pets are accepted, subject to the owner's approval and compliance with the building regulations and community rules.
