1 room apartment of 43m² in London

Hi! I’m Shannon and I’m looking for a flatmate for a beautiful home in E7. My best friend used to live there and the landlord is lovely. It’s on a quiet street, 2-bed/ 1-bath with living and dining room. There’s also a garden! And a dishwasher. The place is unfurnished but I’d be bringing some things! About me: 28, queer, and want to build a warm, beautiful home! Originally from the Caribbean, lived in a bunch of places before landing here. I love to cook, I’m a big reader (everything from sci-fi to to poetry to romance novels), I try to leave London for a hike ~once a month, and care deeply about world issues. I like to think I’m a good housemate - I’m very clean, I love a chat but also deeply value quiet time. I work in recruitment currently, with a background in peace advocacy, and am in the office 4 days a week. I love yoga, picnics in the park, and visiting new exhibits around London. I have a gorgeous group of friends but would love a housemate who might be open to the occasional movie night :)
