It’s a great option for people who don’t want the hassle of having to set up home as it’s fully equipped/furnished and ALL BILLS are included including regular professional cleaning. PLEASE NOTE - this is a 2 bed property but I keep the 2nd bedroom empty (it is never rented out) for when I am occasionally in town and need to stay over. This is infrequent, about once every couple of months and mainly over a weekend. I own the property but am based out of London, so I don’t live there.
