English: We are renting out our furnished and fully equipped 3-room apartment for the entire year 2026. In addition to the large living room, bathroom with window and shower tray, and kitchen, there is also a bedroom and a study. The balcony overlooking the communal garden is the perfect place to relax in summer. The kitchen is equipped with all standard electrical appliances as well as crockery and cutlery, so you don't need to bring anything with you. If you want to work from home, you can use the separate study—with a desk, external monitor, and 300 Mbit/s internet connection, you'll be well equipped here. Alternatively, the study can of course also be used as a hobby room or children's room. We will of course empty the cupboards so that you have space for your own things. Upon request, we are happy to leave items that you may need (., books, games, etc.) in the apartment. There is a washing machine available for use in the laundry room. For additional storage space, you can use a lockable compartment in the attic. Die Küche bietet neben allen gängigen Elektrogeräten auch Geschirr und Besteck, sodass du nichts mitbringen brauchst. Wenn du von zu Hause arbeiten möchtest, kannst du das separate Arbeitszimmer dafür nutzen - mit Schreibtisch, externem Bildschirm und 300 Mbit/s Internetanschluss bist du hier bestens ausgestattet. Alternativ kann das Arbeitszimmer natürlich auch als Hobby- oder Kinderzimmer genutzt werden. Die Schränke räumen wir selbstverständlich leer, sodass ihr Platz für eure eigenen Sachen habt. Nach Absprache lassen wir Dinge, die ihr gebrauchen könnt (z.B. Bücher, Spiele etc.) auch gerne in der Wohnung. Im Waschkeller findet sich eine Waschmaschine zur Nutzung. Als zusätzlichen Stauraum kannst du ein abschließbares Abteil auf dem Dachboden nutzen.
