1 room apartment of 50m² in Hanover

From September 2026 to December 2026, I am subletting my cozy, fully furnished apartment in the quiet residential area of Herrenhausen. The approximately 50 m2 ground floor apartment offers everything for a comfortable daily life across three rooms: - Living room (~12 m2) with access to a small balcony - Study (~16 m2) – ideal for home office or quiet work - Bedroom (~9 m2), facing the quiet inner courtyard - Kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, also facing the courtyard - Bathroom with bathtub - Access to the bicycle cellar of the apartment building The apartment will be handed over fully furnished. Personal items will be removed beforehand, and cupboards largely cleared out. Household utensils (pots, vacuum cleaner, etc.) can remain if desired.
