2 rooms apartment of 70m² in Aachen

From this centrally located accommodation you can reach all important places in no time. Everything directly in 2-4 minutes distance. Food, cafes, Danish stalls, pharmacies, bus stops. Rothe Erde train station is 5-10 minutes away on foot. Towards the city center it is also a maximum of 15-20 minutes on foot. Since the bus connection of the Öffi is good, it is also possible here. There is usually a bus every 2-5 minutes. Good for students, the university can be reached in 15-30 minutes, depending on the campus. The apartment was not left perfect by the previous tenant. But since I have not yet come to renouvieren there are isolated small blemishes. Can we fix together in coordination until the move-in date. Until then I rent the apartment as a vacation home. The apartment is best suited for 2-4 people, thanks to a large double bed in the bedroom and a large single bed in the children's room (which is also suitable for 2 adults, provided no giants xD). Optionally, I can still put 2 single beds. Then 6 people could live there. Would be but honestly no longer cozy. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. If anything is missing we can certainly organize it for you. Only the bathroom including toilet is relatively small. But that does not matter. One gets along well with everything. Parties can be organized. Only the request after 20 clock not to be loud. My son is 5 and my wife has shift work. They just need the night rest after 8pm. Smoking/shisha not allowed. Vapen/E-cigarette but already if you Lüftet. Thanks to Wlan and an internet connection with an average of mBit/s (even if Vodafone has actually promised me a 1000mBit/s line), but home office is also possible without problems. The TV is small, but can also be used for streaming thanks to Chromecast.
