My flatmate and I are moving out of our lovely 2 bed flat in Dalston and are looking for 2 new tenants to move in. Perfect flat for a couple or two friends. Property is a 10-15 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland, Dalston Junction, Hackney Central and London Fields, making it an ideal location. The flat is modern and spacious with both rooms being good sized doubles. Property has a shared garden (shared with 3 tenants upstairs). The property comes unfurnished however my flatmate and I are looking to sell the furniture we have bought (open to negotiations on price). This includes TV, sofa, bookshelf, dining table and chairs, wardrobes, chest of drawers and bed frames and mattresses. We are only considering tenants who will buy all or the majority of the furniture. We have both loved living in the property (flatmate is moving in with partner) and want someone else to enjoy the home as much as we have. 18th December move in date so looking to do viewings ASAP.
