1 room apartment of 50m² in Toronto

I'm an independent landlord and I have rooms in different locations in the GTA. All the rooms are private. As I have rooms available at a few different locations there will be a room with shared washroom or a private washroom. Either way locations are very convenient and I prefer to take in people who are kind and clean
