We wish you a pleasant stay! The house you have rented was newly built in June 2017 and is mostly equipped and furnished to a high standard. We therefore ask you to treat it with care, especially if you are traveling with children, to avoid any problems. We would like to draw your attention to a few things in particular: High-quality pleated blinds are fitted to the windows and there are 3 high-quality mosquito screens (one in each bedroom and one on the window facing the harbor in the living area – this means you can leave these windows open at night without mosquitoes getting in). Please treat them with care and consideration. The white-glazed staircase is made of delicate softwood, so we would also like to make you aware of this. We have registered the inventory, which will be checked for completeness after your departure. If you break anything, please let us know. We will not charge you for minor damage, but would like to be able to replace missing items for future guests. Major damage will be deducted from the deposit.
