1 room apartment of 65m² in Wuppertal

The apartment is located on the top floor of our listed Wilhelminian-style villa and has recently been lovingly and painstakingly restored. We have preserved historical elements and added stucco to the floor. The apartment has a bedroom, a small study, a large living room and an eat-in kitchen as well as a bathroom. There is additional space in the hallway. The apartment is ideal for one to two people. It is designed for a couple. However, with the sofa bed in the living room, it can also accommodate two people who prefer to sleep in separate rooms. The apartment is not childproof and hence not suitable for young children. Our house is located in the historic Briller district. It is quiet and green here, there are plenty of public parking spaces and the extensive Kaiserhöhe park is in the immediate vicinity. Wuppertal's popular nightlife district, the Luisenviertel, is also just a short walk away. The freeway is close by, the nearest bus stop is just 300 meters away and the train station is four stops away.
