This room is available indefinitely as of 1st March 2026 for 1 or 2 subtenants. Registration at the address is possible! The house is shared with 2 main tenants. In order to sign the contract and move in, both main tenants as well as the landlord must approve. It is not allowed to create an independent unit in the room by installing any appliances which can be used to prepare hot meals. The room is furnished, but it is possible to bring your own furniture and/or have the existing furniture put into storage, depending on preference. Income requirement: 2x the rental price. Rent includes other housing costs (g/w/e, internet etc.). The shared kitchen includes a larger fridge (see pictures) intended for use solely by the subtenant(s). The apartment is located in a residential area with plenty of shops nearby. Amsterdam Amstelstation is only a 15 minute walk away, with excellent connections for metro, train, tram and buses.
