1 room apartment of 49m² in London

Hello, our lovely 1-bedroom flat is available from the 13th of March until the 11th of April. We are away for 1 month and are looking to sublet. There are two loving cats, Elvis and Meile, who live in the flat and also use the outside space. We treat this flat as our own, so we are looking for someone conscientious who also loves animals. The flat is quiet, warm and with a cozy, homely feel. Located 7 minutes walk from Brockley station, you can be in London Bridge in less than 10 minutes. The Neighbourhood is leafy, calm and full of independent cafes and restaurants. Single tenants or couples are accepted.
