2 rooms house of 50m² in Waterloo

I'm a grad student finishing her PhD. I really love the location of this place -- it's close to uptown Waterloo, and it's a nice neighborhood for light runs. I prefer to keep to myself since I really have to focus on my studies for the upcoming year, but I will keep common areas clean. I'm also on a -- probably better to find me there because I don't check here often.
