1 room house of 28m² in Kelowna

Im a single female. In my 40s. Work full time. Non-Smoker, NO drugs but fine if you smoker weed just no cigarettes on property. I have 2 Bully Breed dogs that are awesome!! House has beautiful back yard, including above ground pool and fruit trees. Upper level of house. Looking for someone who is CLEAN and respectful of my space and belongings and vice versa. A student is great, a guy who works out of town and needs a safe place to call home in Kelowna. Im easy going and just looking for someone who is honest and trustworthy and not too serious! Room is totally empty so you can make it yours!
