The flat has a separate kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. It’s on the first floor of a quiet street and features a balcony, with the bedroom and living room facing the back and catching some morning sun. Location highlights: • 9-minute walk to Southwark (Jubilee), Borough (Northern), and Elephant & Castle (Northern & Bakerloo) • Easy walk to Waterloo station • Close to supermarkets, Mercato Metropolitano, and a short stroll to Southbank and London Bridge The flat comes fully equipped with everything you need – cutlery, pots and pans, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. Bedding and towels are provided too – just bring your clothes! Price: rent/bills combo at £1950* per month. With a deposit of the £1000 which will be returned the day I come back.
