2 rooms apartment of 29m² in London

Hello, the flat is the entire top floor of a Victorian building in a quiet residential street. Walking distance to Maryland on Elizabeth line and short bus ride to Stratford. I am posting this for my son who is moving away for work for the foreseeable future. The living room is large and bright and so is the main bedroom. The second bedroom is small but does have a double bed, wardrobe, desk etc. Both bedrooms are at the back of the building and are very quiet. The kitchen has all the usual, including dishwasher. It is a very comfortable flat and recently renovated. I am posting some bad photos for now, in order to get the ad up, with more to follow when the rooms have been tidied up! Bills are not included but it is an economical flat, with a new efficient boiler. I think council tax is band B. Please ask me for any further information Thanks
