Das ist eine WG mit zwei separaten Zimmern in Innenstadt-West, Mozartstraße. Die Zimmer sind insgesamt ca. 12 m2 groß und möbliet (Tisch, Stuhl, Schrank, Sofa Bett/Bett sowie Regale). Die WG hat eine Küche, welche mit allen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet ist (Kochplatte, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Besteck). Münzwaschmaschine im Keller (2 € pro Wäsche). Wifi ist selbstverständlich vorhanden. Die Küche und das Bad mit WC einen weiteren Mitbewohner geteilt. Mit der S-Bahn hat man eine sehr gute logistische Anbindung in alle Richtungen. / This is a nice apartment with two separate rooms located in Innenstadt-West, Mozartstraße. Each room is ca. 12 m2 in size and is furnished (a desk, a chair, open wardrobe and a pull-out sofa/bed, as well as some book shelves). The kitchen is equipped with all necessary items (cook top, electric kettle, fridge, kitchenware). Coin-operated washing machine in the basement (€2 per wash). There is also WIFI in the apartment. The bathroom, WC and kitchen are shared by two persons in total.
