This is a generously proportioned house located in Kensington that has four good sized double bedrooms. It is located just a 20 min walk from the university campuses of The University of Liverpool and LJMU. We will be refurbishing this house in preparation for the new academic year. Currently there is one main bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. We shall be adding a second shower downstairs. We will also be decorating as well as putting in new carpets and furniture.
