If you have a preference, let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.- Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book this property.- For last-minute bookings with same-day check-in, a £250 refundable deposit must be paid via a secure Stripe link before arrival—this is the only option to confirm the reservation. The deposit will be refunded after departure, following an inspection by our cleaning team.- To protect against potential damage to the property, our booking terms and conditions offer two options for the security deposit:1. A £25 non-refundable damage waiver, paid via a secure Stripe link. This covers minor accidental damages such as broken glasses, utensils, plates, mirrors, and stained towels. This fee is non-refundable, even in case of cancellation, as it covers administrative costs and secures your booking.2. A £250 refundable deposit, paid via a secure Stripe link. This will be refunded after departure, following an inspection by our cleaning team.
