Ideal for London Stadium events.The space is comprised by a double bed and a sofa and in total it can accommodate up to 2 couples comfortably. While you are in the house I will be staying elsewhere so you can enjoy some price of mind and enjoy your stay.The living room is equipped with 55” plasma TV, PlayStation 4 with 2 controllers and 3-4 games preloaded for entertainment. I also have Apple TV with free Netflix and Amazon Prime.What guests find extremely useful is the off-street parking, which is totally free off-peak and weekends.Now, the flat itself is minimalistic and carefully selected for its location and orientation. It is a south facing flat full of bright sunlight most of the day, located in a street that almost no cars pass through and it is adjacent to Lea river and in between Victoria and Elizabeth parks (5 mins away). In terms of air, it feels like you are in the countryside areas and not typical quality for central London, in fact you need to go miles out of London in order to start experiencing such clean air as you do in the are that the flat is located. It has everything that a modern technologically savvy flat has to offer however I am fun of not overloading my guests eyesight. The flat is creating a sense of calmness and peacefulness. Small artistic touches are on the way and more pots with plants are ready to be set up so stay tuned for updated features.
