Perhaps sit back and enjoy a netflix movie on the new 75" SMART TVwith full surround sound, or read a book whilst listening to the waves lashing the shoreline.There is wooden flooring, neutral decor, spot-light and furnished with 2 large sofas. One of the sofas opens into a double bed should you need a third bed.There is a large dining table and 6 chairs enabling a large family to share a meal together.Kitchen: The modern kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a big meal or quick snack before hitting the town - microwave, modern stove, oven, cutting board, toaster, kettle, fridge, cutlery sets, pots, pans and all other necessary cooking utensils!Building:This is a small, private apartment block, with Concierge. Entry to the building is controlled via a secure phone-buzzer system, and you'll be provided with two sets of keys and two fobs for access.Bedrooms:2 identical double bedrooms with super-comfy king beds. The rooms are quiet and tastefully decorated with plenty of storage space, including 2 built in wardrobes in each bedroom. One of the rooms has an ensuite bathroom / shower room. Bathrooms: There are two. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom "shower room" and there is an additional bathroom with a bath and shower. Both come complete with all of the essentials that you'd need.Outside: A spacious river-front facing balcony accessed off reception room and offering uninterrupted views towards Canary Wharf, The 02, and The City. Please enquire if this is important for you.For those aiming to rent a car you may want to considerZIPCARwhere cars can be rented by the hour / day etc. There are several Zipcars in allocated parking bays around Greenwich. Getting around Walking from the apartment along the riverside and into town is a joy, but you can also rent the "Lime" bikes and scooters that are located all over Greenwich (Just need to download the app)- DLR (Docklands Light Railway Subway train)This is a 3 min walk from the apartment.The trains arrive every 3 mins at peak times and every 10 mins outside of this.Greenwich (Cutty Sark station) to Canary Wharf in 9 minsCutty Sark to Bank (City – Financial district) in 20 minsCutty Sark to London City Airport in 30 minsFor central London you can take the DLR to Heron Quays then switch to the Jubilee line. For example you'd get to London Bridge within 30 mins of leaving the apartment. Similarly you can take the DLR to Canary Wharf then take the new Elizabeth line to central London very quickly.- Greenwich mainline Train station:The station is a 7 minute walk away. It will take you to some of the following key destinations:To London Bridge in 6 mins (South Bank, "The City", Tower Of London etc)To Waterloo East in 15 mins (Globe Theatre, The London Eye etc)To Charing Cross in 21 mins (Trafalgar Square, Picadilly Circus etc)- Boat:You are a 1 mins walk from the "Thames Clipper" pier. This is a very comfortable catamaran boat service (with Costa Coffee onboard) which arrives every 20 mins. In a westerly direction it takes you to Canary Wharf in 8 mins, Tower of London in 19 mins, London Bridge in 23 mins, and Embankment (West End) in 36 mins. In the Easterly direction, it takes you to the 02 arena in 7 minutes
