1 room house of 24m² in London

This room is actually a double room and can sleep two if they are a couple, otherwise it is suitable for one person only. There is an electric shower and separate toilet exclusive to guests. There will be an additional cost for couples. I live in four bedroom town House in Stoke Newington, North East London. Just 2.5 miles to the City of London and6.5- 7miles to Central London. I have two spare rooms in available as my children have grown up and left home. My grand chichren visit and may sleep over but just once a month. My house is on three floors and empty rooms are in the basement with own shower and toilet facilities and mini electric hob and microwave. Guests are free to use main kitchen on ground floor to prepare meals
